TABLE TOP CHAIN 은 드라이버 스프로켓에 들어가거나 테
일 스프로켓을 떠날 때의 chordal action(현악기 줄떨림 현
상) 때문에 약간씩 상승과 하강을 반복한다. 그러므로 스프
로켓은 약간 위로 올라가야 하며 그로 인해 스프로켓의 가장
높은 지점은 체인이 지나가는 wear strip (rail)의 상면보다
높을 수 없다. 그렇지 않으면 체인은 carry way에서 벗어나
게 될 것이다. 스프로켓 샤프트 축과 wear strip의 상단과의
높이는 B’’와 같아야 하며 그렇지 않은 경우 wear strip 의
끝단 부분을 경사지게 만들어야 한다.
Table top chain goes up and down when it goes into the
driver sprocket or leaves the tail sprocket due to chordal
action. Therefore, sprocket should be a little bit higher
up and the highest point of sprocket should not be higher
than the wear strip (rail) where the chain passes. Otherwise,
the chain would deviate from the carry way. Sprocket
shaft’s and wear strip’s height should be same as the
height of B”. If that’s not the case, then the wear
strip end part should be tilted. |
